How to Use
Before: 30 minutes before training to increase glucose levels. Perfect for carbohydrate loading.
During: Fuel as required. Increase servings for higher training intensity.
After: Immediately replenish fluid and energy stores to accelerate recovery.
Mix 1 heaped scoop (30g) with 250ml - 500ml of water. Mix vigorously. Optional: Mix additional servings with water to reach desired carbohydrate content.
