Recommended Use: Improves strength/power/performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly-intense physical activity (e.g. sprints, jumping, resistance training) (by increasing [muscle/intramuscular] [creatine/phosphocreatine/energy] levels). Increases body muscle mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen.
Recommended Dose: Adults: [Loading Phase] Mix 1 scoop (5g) with water or your favourite beverage 3-4 times per day for the first 5-7 days, not to exceed 5 g per dose. [Maintenance Phase] Thereafter, take 1 scoop (5g) per day.
