If some of your training runs are within this zone, the Vimazi Z40 is your shoe. For 10ks between 38:00-50:00 or marathons in the 2:40-3:30 range, you get better cushioning and more efficiency than any other shoe. Choose this shoe if your goal is to break 3 hours in the marathon or 1:30 in the half marathon. Best for fast long runs, tempo runs, intervals and fartleks, racing.
